Myungjin INC is a software solution development company based on the U-business platform. Unlike most other software firms, Myungin uses its software as the basis of providing a total solution to a customer’s problem. With the growing number of outdooradvertising and displays, the government embarked an initiative in 2006 to manage the commercial clutter in the cities of South Korea. Policies and strict guidelines were drawn up to manage nature and size of signboards. The initiative also involved a massive task to create a database of all buildings and signboards. This involved a lot of physical measurements on site.
